Where is our service available?
We take online or phone orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery anywhere in the world.

We accept Paypal and Credit Cards only for out of state orders placed online. For in state orders we also accept Cash, check or Money Orders.

Priority Shipping is the method of shipping used unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please allow 5 – 7 business days before shipment of any items once the order is confirmed.

How do we ship and deliver?
We currently offer five different shipping methods detailed below; however, not every method is available for every product. We try to package multiple orders together; although some may be billed and shipped separately. Therefore, all packages may not arrive at the same time but we try to avoid this.

·  SHIPPING
Standard Ground- Packages are sent to arrive in three to five business days.  

Express - Packages are sent to arrive in 2-3 business days.

Overnight - Orders placed before noon EST will arrive the following business day by 4:30pm if they are being delivered to a business or 7:30pm to a residence. (Not all items are available for overnight shipping) 

·  HAND DELIVERY (available in the Walterboro area.)
Delivery - Local couriers hand deliver the products to recipients between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific time for delivery cannot be specified. "Same-day" hand deliveries to Colleton County are possible. If you need to place an order for hand delivery on Saturday, please call 1-843-549-6480 (rush charges will apply).

·  Specific Day Delivery - We try to have all products delivered on the date requested, but we DO NOT deliver on Sundays. Please call 1-843-549-6480 to place Same Day or Next Day orders for Saturday delivery, as we do not accept Saturday orders via the web. NOTE: All areas are not available for Saturday shipping, please call us to verify. (rush charges will apply).

·  Store Pick-Up – You may pick up your order from the store location and avoid shipping charges. Please request directions via email or phone when placing your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery information is correct. We can take no responsibility for incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Please make sure you double-check your delivery information.

When do we ship?
All items are shipped on the date specified. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

How much will it cost?
Shipping and delivery charges are listed with each item when ordering.

Can I pay by check or money order?
We currently only accept checks from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. We do, however, accommodate Money Orders by mail. After receiving your check or money order, we will notify you via email and fill your order. Please include the following information when mailing your in order:

1. Product choice
2. E-mail address
3. Delivery date
4. Card message, please include how the card is to be signed
5. Recipient's name, address and phone number
6. Your name, address and phone number (phone number MUST be included to process your order. NO orders will be processed without a phone number)

 Please make your check or money order payable to "Sweet Dreams & Jelli Beans" for the complete product amount, including shipping costs. You may mail your check or money order to:

Please allow five – seven business days for receipt and processing of your order. If we have questions, we will contact you at the phone number or email provided. When the order has been processed, you will receive a confirming e-mail. Substitutions
NO substitutions will be made without contacting you for approval. If the suggested substitution does not meet with your approval, your order will be cancelled at YOUR request.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address or for which Standard Ground Shipping is selected. Our suggested method of shipping is Priority.

 Gift Cards

At your request a personal message will be included with your order. There is a place to fill out this information when placing your order.  If you prefer, we will gladly enclose your own business card or gift card with each order. Please send your cards to our mailing address. We will hold your order for shipment until the cards arrive.
